What gets deleted
Your login, Rights Check answers and results, case records, children's information, timeline entries, expenses, recorded payments, parenting plans, drafts and uploaded documents.
How to do it yourself
Open Account, type DELETE in the confirmation field, then choose Delete my account. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone, so print or download anything you still need first.
What happens behind the scenes
Your private uploaded files are removed from storage first, then your login is deleted and every record linked to it is removed with it.
Purchase records
A limited record of any purchase (product, amount, date and the payment processor's reference) is retained where required for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes. It is no longer linked to an active account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@fightingfathersga.com from the address on the account and we will process the deletion for you.
