Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using this site, creating an account or buying one of our products, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is built for fathers dealing with Georgia family-law matters and is intended for use in the United States.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Give accurate information when you sign up, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. What this service is

Fighting Fathers is a legal-information and self-help product. It explains Georgia paternity, legitimation, custody, parenting time and child support concepts, organizes your records, and produces self-prepared drafts and checklists from the information you enter.

5. What this service is not

• Fighting Fathers is not a law firm and is not a lawyer referral service.
• We do not provide legal advice or legal representation, and we do not act on your behalf with any court.
• Using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship, and nothing you enter here is protected by attorney-client privilege.
• We do not guarantee any legal result, including legitimation, custody, parenting time, support or the acceptance of any filing.

6. Georgia scope

The current product covers Georgia only. Other states are shown as coming soon and no legal information is provided for them. Even within Georgia, individual counties and judges set their own local forms, fees and procedures; you must confirm local requirements with the clerk of court before you file.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you enter, for reviewing every draft before you sign or file it, for meeting all court deadlines, and for confirming current forms, fees, service requirements and filing procedures with the court. Drafts produced here are self-prepared documents that you file in your own name.

8. Permitted and prohibited use

• Use the service for your own family-law matter only.
• Do not resell, redistribute, republish or share our packets, templates or paid content.
• Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer or attempt to access another user's account or records.
• Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or information you have no right to hold.
• Do not use the service to harass, threaten or intimidate any other person.

9. Paid products

• Georgia Fatherhood Action Plan — $49.99 one-time, unlocking the personalized Action Plan, Filing Guide and Document Builder.
• Georgia Legitimation Starter Kit — $24.99 one-time.
• Father Communication Toolkit — $9.99 one-time.
• Digital Toolkit Bundle — $29.99 one-time, including the Father Communication Toolkit and the Georgia Legitimation Starter Kit (the Action Plan is not included).

10. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and are charged once at checkout; these are not subscriptions and they do not renew. Access is granted only after Stripe confirms the payment to us. A purchase is a fee for digital self-help materials and tools; it is not an attorney fee.

11. Refunds

Because these are digital products that unlock immediately, we do not offer automatic refunds. Refund requests are reviewed case by case at our discretion. Email support@fightingfathersga.com with your purchase details and the reason for your request. If a refund or chargeback is issued, access to that product is revoked.

12. Intellectual property

The Fighting Fathers name, site, design, written content, packets, templates and document builder are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own case. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale.

13. Your content

You keep ownership of the information, records and documents you enter or upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you so the service can work. We do not publish it, sell it or share it with the other parent.

14. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of issues at a provider we depend on. Keep your own copies of anything you rely on, including printed or downloaded drafts.

15. Third-party links and resources

We link to official sources such as Georgia courts, clerks of court and state agencies. Those sites are not controlled by us and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Official sources always control over anything written here.

16. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the content is complete, current or suited to your specific situation. Laws, forms, fees and court procedures change.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fighting Fathers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost case, denied filing, missed deadline, lost custody or parenting time, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

18. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or is associated with fraudulent payment activity.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The Last updated date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
